Roads design is one of the specializations of the APBP Architectural Bureau. In the course of design activities related to the comprehensive planning and design of buildings, neighborhoods, townships and building complexes, we have gained experience in developing design projects for road junctions, exits, interchanges, parking lots, logistic complexes, infrastructure sites and schemes of traffic management for the sites with a complex high-density traffic. We develop high-quality road designs within a short timeframe and for a reasonable price.

We design all types of roads and highways, overpasses, bridges, overhead ramps, underground passages and road infrastructure facilities.

The APBP Architectural Bureau has developed the following road design projects

• The traffic management design for the period of construction and operation of the Moscow Kremlin Museums, Moscow, Varvarka Street, with approval from the Department of Transport of Moscow, the Prefecture of the Central Administrative Okrug of Moscow, the Administrator of the Moscow Parking Space, the Center of the Moscow Traffic Management.
• The traffic management design for the period of construction and operation of the Museum Quarter of the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts, Volkhonka Street, Malyi Zanamenskiy Lane, Kolymazhnyi Lane, with approval from the Department of Transport of Moscow, the Prefecture of the Central Administrative Okrug of Moscow, the Administrator of the Moscow Parking Space, the Center of the Moscow Traffic Management.
• The design of five junctions with the Federal Highway M-5 “Ural” (Staroryazanskoye Highway) and access roads to them from Velino estate.
• The design of an intra-estate road network for Velino cottage estate and bridgework on the territory of the estate (Krivtsy – Sofyino village settlement). Moscow Oblast, Ramenskiy District.
• The project design of intra-village roads in Sofyino village, Moscow Oblast, Ramenskiy District (32 km of Novoryazanskoye Highway).
• Preparation of design documentation for the general overhaul of the access road. Moscow Oblast, Solnechnogorskiy District, Golikovo village (the part of the access road from Novoskhodnenskoye highway to “Golden Domes” neighborhood).
• The design of the feeder roads on the territory of the large-scale multi-storey residential development at the address: Moscow Oblast, Khimki, North-Western Industrial and Municipal Area between Vashutinskoye Highway and Oktyabrskaya Railway.

• Preparation of design documentation for the construction of an exit from the 3rd category road “Pavlovo – Mga – Shapki – Lyuban – Oredezh – Luga”, Tosnenskiy District, Leningrad Oblast.
• Preparation of design documentation for the planning of a parking lot for truck-tractors and a container ground with an area of 41,000 sq.m. Terminal-logistic complex “Modul Juzhnyi”, Saint-Petersburg, Shushary village, Poselkovaya Street, 8.
• The parking lot for heavy haulers of the Ashan shopping mall. Detailed design. Moscow Oblast, Mytishchi, Ostashkovskoye Highway, 1 (91 km, Moscow Ring Road).

Our projects are of high quality, yet inexpensive. We carry out  design of roads, streets and neighborhoods, including all necessary approvals, surveys, collection of initial data, designer’s supervision, and expert examination. Moreover we:

• Develop technology designs for the sites with transportation purpose.
• Survey buildings and road infrastructure facilities.
• Develop sections of the traffic management plan for the period of construction and operation, as part of the land plot development plan in building design.
